Children's Cloud for Anxiety 
Lots of children experience tummy aches which have no obvious medical cause. Providing the child’s GP is happy then this recording can be hugely beneficial. Lightly hypnotic, calming and relaxing it gives the child the power to help him/herself feel better. 
 
Alice, age 9, had tummy aches for years and was regularly seeing a chiropractor. She was beautifully receptive to hypnosis and became relaxed and still immediately.  
Her mum, Kathy commented on how relaxed, still and calm she is since using hypnosis. Usually she is busy all the time. Kathy also observed how easy Alice has found it to listen and concentrate on the recording.

Theo, age 6 had been suffering from mystery tummy pain, and other vague pains, sore throat, pain in his legs. The doctor could find no obvious physical reason.

Like Alice, Theo responded so well to hypnosis. Children find it much easier than adults, as they are more freely imaginative.

Theo’s Mum was surprised how quickly he responded, she says he is very content and happy and there has been n mention of tummy pain, or any other pain, since he began using his recording.  
 
Interestingly, he hasn’t woken his Mum in the night since using hypnosis. This is very significant, usually she is woken by Theo, needing a cuddle to go back to sleep, at least once a night.

For best results play the recording at bedtime to help your child drift off to sleep. Even when sleeping your child will hear my comforting words and they will still be effective, often more so, as the subconscious mind is still alert even when we sleep. 
 
I would recommend a "winding down" period of about an hour before bedtime whenever possible. This way your child is calmer and more relaxed at bedtime, and more receptive to my positive suggestions. 
 
Ideally play the recording every bedtime for the first 3 weeks, after that as often as your child wishes, but not less than once a week. Continue this as long as necessary. 
 
If you want to lie down and relax with your child that's fine, you can benefit too!
